Our Story

At Blooms & Bliss Flower Farm our love of flowers has always been at the heart of everything we do. Both Michele and Kaitlyn have spent their careers in special education, changing lives and supporting individuals with autism, and that same passion for nurturing and growth naturally extended to flowers.

Michele has always surrounded herself with more pots of flowers than anyone could count, delighting in creating beautiful potted arrangements. Kaitlyn's love for flowers grew over time—starting with carefully watering every plant while caring for Michele's collection (not daring to let one flower die), then developing her own creative planting spaces.

A single trip to a flower farm in North Carolina changed everything. Inspired by the experience, we returned home with a dream—and shortly after, that dream became a reality. We started our farm not only for our love of flowers but with the mission of creating an inclusive space where individuals with disabilities can work, learn, and enjoy nature.

Together, we cultivate more than just flowers—we cultivate joy, community, and opportunity.
